All Consultations

Consultations by government departments are often an early signal of future policy decisions. Invitations to respond to consultations are regularly sent to large companies, employers’ organisations and trade bodies. However, it is difficult for individual companies to find out what consultations are underway in their sector and how to take part in them.

In this part of the web site, we list all the consultations issued by government departments and regulatory bodies since January 2009 and we include the responses, as they become available.

If you want to find consultations in a particular industry you can use the search box at the top right hand corner of this page. For example, ‘consultations + energy’ will give you a list of all consultations that we have tagged to the energy industry, including its sub-sectors such as electricity, gas or offshore.

This single source of consultations is unique on the web and continues to be developed; please let us know your ideas on how we can improve the site.
